Throughout the college basketball season, we'll highlight the top betting trends and angles for the biggest games on the schedule. Here are some tips for Wednesday's slate.

San Francisco at No. 2 Gonzaga (-17, 155.5)

When Gonzaga is this much better than its opponent, expect a high-scoring affair. The Bulldogs have gone 13-3 to the over this season when favored by at least 17 points while scoring 91.6 points per contest. Gonzaga has also gone over the total in 19 of its last 21 contests, regardless of the spread.

Trend play: Over 155.5

USC at No. 18 Colorado (-9.5, 135.5)

Colorado is slowly climbing its way into national relevance, but don't overlook USC, which has gone 9-2 against the spread in its last 11 games and 8-1 ATS on the road this year. The Trojans are also 7-2 ATS as underdogs this season, while the Buffs have dropped three of four ATS as chalk.

Trend play: USC +9.5

No. 25 Ohio State at No. 20 Iowa (-2.5, 143.5)

If you've been following along, you know one of our favorite plays is taking the underdog in a matchup between ranked teams - a play that's has gone 12-2-1 ATS in the last 15 opportunities. Meanwhile, the Big Ten home trend from early in the season has flipped, with the road squad now riding a 5-1-1 ATS run in conference games. That could be a positive sign for Ohio State here.

Trend play: Ohio State +2.5

Oregon State at No. 24 Arizona (-11, 139.5)

This line may seem a little off until you see Arizona's home/road splits. The Wildcats are just 5-7 ATS away from home but a stellar 9-4 ATS in Tuscon, where they've outscored teams by an average of 22 points. Additionally, Oregon State has lost five of its last seven ATS on the road.

Trend play: Arizona -11
