Five-star recruit Isaiah Jackson announced his commitment to Kentucky on Saturday, according to Eric Bossi of Rivals.com.

The Michigan native ranks 22nd on the 2020 ESPN 100 and fourth among power forwards.

Jackson's addition bolsters Kentucky's already-stacked 2020 recruiting class, which 247sports.com ranks No. 1 in the nation. The Wildcats now possess commitments from six players ranked in the top 50 of the class, Stadium's Jeff Goodman notes.

“With all the guys we are bringing in, it’s going to be scary,” Jackson said shortly after making his announcement, according to 247 Sports' Evan Daniels.

The 6-foot-9 prospect averaged 11 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 2.7 blocks in 21.9 minutes per game across 13 contests on the Nike EYBL circuit this season.

Jackson has shown flashes as both a catch-and-shoot threat and finisher around the rim, as noted in his ESPN+ scouting report. With a slim frame and a raw skill set that’s still developing, he would benefit from putting on some muscle at the next level.
