Selection Sunday is complete and the 68-team bracket is officially set for the start of the NCAA Tournament on Thursday.

The NCAA also listed the four teams that narrowly missed the cut. Here's a look back at how those squads fared this season.

UNC Greensboro - Record: 28-6 (15-3)

Best win: 66-62 vs. Furman on Mar. 10

Worst loss: 70-58 vs. Wofford on Mar. 11

The Spartans are at a significant disadvantage while playing in the Southern Conference because the likelihood of multiple NCAA Tournament bids is minimal.

Despite finishing with six losses, UNC Greensboro failed to secure a major win, falling to LSU and Kentucky in non-conference play before dropping three games to conference rival Wofford.

The Spartans' two wins over former top-25 ranked Furman wasn't enough to close the gap. The team was punished for being from a mid-major program that couldn't take advantage of tough early-season games.

Alabama - Record: 18-15 (8-10)

Best win: 77-75 vs. Kentucky on Jan. 5

Worst loss: 82-70 vs. Arkansas on Mar. 9

The season was going well for Alabama when the Crimson Tide defeated Kentucky, moving to 10-3. However, two losses to Texas A&M before falling late in the campaign to Arkansas kept Alabama on the sideline for the tournament.

Of Alabama's 15 losses, 12 came to tournament teams. The Crimson Tide also won enough to remain in the conversation despite finishing just three games above .500.

Avery Johnson's squad may have been discussed differently if Alabama didn't lose its final game of the season to the Razorbacks.

TCU - Record: 20-13 (7-11)

Best win: 92-83 vs. Iowa State on Feb. 9

Worst loss: 104-96 3OT vs. West Virginia on Feb. 26

The Horned Frogs' hot start came during a weak early non-conference schedule that didn't include a team heading to the NCAA Tournament.

TCU climbed into the Associated Press' Top 25 before dropping key games to Kansas and Oklahoma. Two victories against Iowa State kept hopes high, but a crushing loss to a struggling West Virginia team virtually ended TCU's chances to squeak through.

Indiana - Record: 17-15 (8-12)

Best win: 79-75 in OT vs. Michigan State on Feb. 2

Worst loss: 73-66 vs. Northwestern on Jan. 22

Indiana must have been tough to support as a fan, with the Hoosiers somehow snagging two massive victories over highly-ranked Michigan State during a 5-12 finish to their season. Conference play wasn't Indiana's friend after a decent showing throughout the team's early-season schedule saw it climb as high as No. 21 in the nation.

However, the Hoosiers immediately followed a seven-game winning streak with a seven-game losing streak, decreasing their odds of making the 68-team tournament. The Big Ten was as deep as ever this season, leading to Indiana's downfall.
