Former Louisville head coach Rick Pitino will lay "all his cards on the table" in an upcoming memoir that addresses the corruption scandal that rocked college basketball, according to a release from Diversion Books on Monday.

The memoir, entitled "Pitino: My Story," will be released Sept. 4.

Pitino has steadfastly denied any wrongdoing in relation to the NCAA scandal that resulted in multiple arrests last fall. Louisville dismissed the bench boss and athletic director Tom Jurich in October after a federal indictment indicated Pitino played a role in funneling $100,000 from Adidas to former Cardinals recruit Brian Bowen.

The disgraced Hall of Famer was the first head coach to ever win national championships with two different schools. However, the Cardinals' 2013 NCAA title was vacated in February as a result of another scandal involving players, escorts, and strippers that occurred on Pitino's watch.
