Through six games of the Sweet 16, there's no doubt that Friday's contest between Villanova and West Virginia was the most entertaining.

The two teams treated the fans to a highlight-filled affair, with a number of plays sure to find the late-night shows on various sports channels.

Here are the top five plays from Villanova's win:

Spellman an end-to-end monster

Omari Spellman is arguably the Wildcats' most versatile player, and the freshman standout showed that on one play against the Mountaineers. After his massive block started a Villanova fast break, the 6-foot-9 forward ran the court and cleaned up a missed layup with a monster putback jam. He finished with 18 points, eight rebounds, three assists, two steals, and three blocks in an incredible performance.

Konate serves up block of the tournament

Sagaba Konate is second in the country in blocks this season, but he likely turned in the best of the year against Villanova on Friday. Mikal Bridges had ideas of putting the Mountaineers big man on a poster, but Konate flipped the script with a mammoth block.

Paschall climbs the ladder

Eric Paschall may not get the same publicity as his teammates, but he made his presence known on the national stage with a massive dunk in the second half Friday. The 6-foot-9 junior ensured Konate wouldn't have a second highlight-reel block, scaling his opponent for a high-flying finish.

Carter drops shiny dime to Ahmad

Jevon Carter had eight assists in his final collegiate game, but the best of the bunch came toward the end of the opening half. The star senior found his way into the lane and dropped a perfect feed off to Esa Ahmad for the easy finish.

Brunson drains acrobatic and-1

Jalen Brunson was definitely the brightest star of the night, as the junior standout poured in 27 points for the victors. The 6-foot-3 guard was dominant throughout, but was crucial in the Wildcats' second-half comeback. His acrobatic layup while getting fouled near the 10-minute mark was a key bucket.
