Kentucky may have emerged victorious on Thursday against Davidson, but the Wildcats' 0-for-6 performance from beyond the arc brought the nation's longest streak to an end.

Kentucky had made a 3-pointer in 1,047 straight games entering play, but couldn't keep that streak going in a hard-fought victory. The last time the Wildcats failed to connect on a triple in a game was Nov. 26, 1988 against Seton Hall.

Given Kentucky's struggles from deep this year, it's actually surprising the team was able to get through the entire season making at least one triple per game. The Wildcats rank 333rd out of 351 Division I programs averaging just 5.3 makes from beyond the arc this season.
