Trae Young's stellar season ended with a bitterly disappointing Round of 64 exit during NCAA tournament action on Thursday, as Oklahoma bowed out to Rhode Island.

After the game, Young answered the question on everyone's mind: When will the sharpshooting projected first-rounder grace an NBA court?

"Later this week I'll sit down with my family and we'll discuss that. But, right now, that's not my main focus. My focus is my teammates," Young told reporters, according to Adam Zagoria of The New York Times.

Young finished Thursday's contest with 28 points on 9-of-18 shooting, but regardless of the strong individual performance, the loss is still a bittersweet moment for a guy who has likely played his last college game.

"It's tough ... You never want it to end ...," said Young. "I'm proud of my team for even getting to that point. We fought hard to the end. That's a good Rhode Island team we played today and they did a good job executing their stuff."

Young averaged a sensational 27.4 points per game this season for the Sooners and is a projected top-10 NBA draft pick.
