Villanova still prevailed even when the threes didn't fall.

The No. 1-seeded Wildcats punched their ticket for the Final Four with a 71-59 victory over No. 3 Texas Tech despite an uncharacteristic 4-of-24 shooting performance from deep and just 33 percent shooting overall.

It took a team effort by Villanova to emerge victorious. Five players on Jay Wright's side scored in double digits, and they won the possession battle with a 20-11 advantage in offensive rebounding.
