Kansas State got some positive news regarding Barry Brown Jr.'s injury on Wednesday, but it remains unclear whether Dean Wade will play in Friday's opening-round game against Creighton.

Head coach Bruce Weber told Jon Rothstein of Fan Rag Sports that Brown will play versus the Bluejays despite an eye injury. However, Wade's status is uncertain after he suffered a foot injury last week against TCU.

Having both players in the lineup would be massive for the Wildcats' hopes at a victory, as Wade leads the team in scoring at 16.5 points per game with Brown closely behind at 16 points per contest.
