Is a Big Baller Brand Tournament in the works?

LiAngelo and LaMelo Ball's new Lithuanian team, Prienu Vytautas, is so determined to get them playing time that it's planning to start a tournament for that purpose.

"We're discussing a new tournament now to play five games here in Prienai in our arena," general manager Adomas Kubilius told ESPN's Jeff Goodman.

"It would be with EuroLeague teams. We're talking to teams like Zalgiris and CSKA Moscow about playing in it. It would be an opportunity for them to play more games, and play against players of similar age."

LiAngelo, 19, and LaMelo, 16, touched down at Vilnius airport Wednesday with their parents.

The younger brothers of Los Angeles Lakers rookie Lonzo Ball will participate in their first team practice Friday and debut with Prienu Vytautas next Tuesday against Tsmoki-Minsk in a Baltic league tilt.
