Report: Top recruit Bagley files paperwork to reclassify to 2017

The No. 1 overall recruit in the 2018 class, Marvin Bagley, has filed paperwork with the NCAA to reclassify to 2017, sources told Evan Daniels of Scout.
Bagley has yet to commit to a program, but recently visited Duke and USC, with plans to do the same at Arizona and UCLA.
A 6-foot-11 power forward from Arizona, Bagley could shift the balance of power in college basketball depending on where he chooses to go to school.
If the NCAA approves the paperwork, Bagley could hit the floor this season and potentially declare for the 2018 NBA Draft.
