Mizzou recruit Tilmon arrested

Missouri four-star basketball recruit Jeremiah Tilmon was arrested on campus Friday for purchase or possession of intoxicants by a minor, according to the Columbia Daily Tribune's David Jones, citing a police report.
Tilmon, a 6-foot-10 big man, had previously committed to Illinois. He arrived at Mizzou as the 43rd-ranked player on the ESPN 100 and the No. 1 prospect in the state of Illinois.
"The Mizzou Men's Basketball program and head coach Cuonzo Martin are aware of the incident, and the matter will be handled internally," a Missouri spokesperson said Monday.
