North Carolina's Bradley to remain in NBA draft

Rob Kinnan / USA TODAY Sports

Tony Bradley's collegiate career is officially over.

The North Carolina forward will sign with an agent and stay in the 2017 NBA Draft, he confirmed to Jeff Goodman of ESPN. Wednesday is the deadline for players who initially tested the draft waters to make their final decision.

Bradley only averaged 7.1 points and 5.1 rebounds in his freshman season, but his 6-foot-10 frame should make him an attractive commodity for NBA scouts.

It's a tough blow for the defending champion Tar Heels, but they will still return Joel Berry and Theo Pinson to a talented roster for Roy Williams to mold once again.
