St. Bonaventure's offense will once again be led by Jaylen Adams, as the prolific scorer announced Monday that he's withdrawing from the draft and returning for his senior season.
"I learned a lot, mentally most of all," Adams said of the draft process in a statement. "Playing in front of coaches and general managers with other top guys definitely helped me mature and understand how serious (professional basketball) is. I learned what I need to get better at."
Adams averaged 20.6 points per game last season, good enough to see him finish second in scoring for the entire A-10 Conference. While his scoring is what most notice about his electric game, his court vision is arguably the top attribute in his skill set.
The 6-foot-2 185-pounder led the conference with 6.5 assists per contest, good enough to rank sixth in the country for Division I programs.
