Indiana's hire of Archie Miller to be the program's new coach was met with widespread praise, including from another coach of a big-name outfit.

Arizona's frontman Sean Miller had nothing but praise for the Hoosiers hire of his younger brother, scooping up the former Dayton coach after firing Tom Crean on the first day of the NCAA tournament.

"Arch is a special talent in the coaching profession," Sean said in a statement. "He has a relentless, blue-collar approach to coaching, recruiting and organizing his program that is matched by very few. He also has the ability to connect with people, namely his own players. Indiana has hired a coach that will not only build a perennial winner but also a person that will seamlessly embrace the high school coaching community and the people of the state of Indiana. He is the 'total package' as a major college basketball coach and a great fit for IU. Together, I believe they will do magical things."

The eldest Miller also made the change from smaller program to one of college basketball's largest in 2009, jumping from Xavier to Arizona after an impressive run with the Musketeers. Since hiring Sean, the Wildcats have posted an incredible 220-66 record with four Pac-12 regular-season championships.

Indiana will certainly be hoping for similar results as the younger Miller takes control of the historic program.
