It seems Mike Pence will not be attending Butler's Sweet 16 game against North Carolina after all.
Originally planning to take in the showdown between the Bulldogs and the Tar Heels, Pence has instead elected to postpone his trip to Memphis and Arkansas, according to Michael Collins of The Commercial Appeal.
The White House cancelled a vote on a GOP plan to replace the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare, on Friday, and Pence has elected to stay back and work alongside President Donald Trump.
If Butler can knock off the Tar Heels, it will be the first time the Bulldogs reach the Elite Eight since 2011 when they fell in the NCAA title game to UConn.
