North Carolina, Kansas have best odds to win title heading into Sweet 16

North Carolina may have struggled to get by Arkansas, but oddsmakers still favor the Tar Heels to win it all.

Along with Kansas, North Carolina has been given 4-1 odds of capturing the national title, according to Westgate. The Tar Heels would meet the winner of Kentucky and UCLA if they defeat Butler, while the Jayhawks will face either Oregon or Michigan if they can get past Purdue.

Gonzaga and Arizona have the next best odds at 6-1, with UCLA and Kentucky coming in at 7-1.

Xavier has the lowest odds remaining in the field at 100-1.
