NASHUA, N.H. - Nashua, New Hampshire, police have charged a member of the Daniel Webster College men's basketball team after a fight that required 25 officers to restore order.

Authorities say guard Marquise Caudill assaulted a player from the opposing team during Saturday afternoon's game and threatened an officer working a security detail who tried to stop him.

According to its website, Southern Vermont College was playing Daniel Webster, which forfeited the game.

The 22-year-old Caudill, of Windsor, Connecticut, is being held on $50,000 cash bail on assault, criminal threatening and disorderly conduct charges. It wasn't immediately known if he's represented by a lawyer.

Two other people, 43-year-old Elizabeth Morris of Malden, Massachusetts, and 23-year-old Antwaun Boyd of Stamford, Connecticut, also were charged in connection with the disturbance. They were released after bail was posted.
