Seton Hall's Delgado records 1st 20-20 game in Big East since 2010
With 21 points and 20 rebounds against St. John's on Sunday, Angel Delgado became the first player to post a 20-20 game in Big East play since Jamine "Greedy" Peterson did it for Providence in 2010.
Delgado also became the first-ever Pirate to accomplish the feat in a Big East game. It was the Dominican Republic native's 14th double-double of the season.
"He looked looked like Moses Malone tonight to me," St. John's coach Chris Mullin said postgame, according to Zach Braziller of the New York Post.
