The Duke guard, who has grown famous in recent weeks for his multiple tripping incidents, appeared to suffer a finger injury as Duke closed out the first half of Saturday's game against Miami.
Allen can be seen swiping at the ball and then immediately clutching his left hand. The evidence afterward of an injury was plain as day.

Allen started the second half on the bench, although it was determined that he was available to play. The Blue Devils didn't miss him one bit on the court however, as the team went on a 14-1 run out of the gate to take a 39-37 lead, having trailed 36-25 at the half.
