Maryland forward Damonte Dodd is expected to miss two weeks with an MCL sprain he suffered in Monday's practice, the team announced.

Dodd didn't play Wednesday night against Howard because of the ailment, and will sit out at least two additional contests before being reevaluated next week.

The senior is averaging 5.9 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 2.4 blocks per game, all career highs.

Maryland coasted past Howard on Wednesday to improve its record to 9-1. The Terps next play Saturday at home versus Saint Peter's.
