UNLV transfer Jordan Cornish commits to Tulane

Mike Dunleavy landed a big piece for Tulane's future Friday as UNLV transfer Jordan Cornish told CBS Sports Jon Rothstein he's committed to the Green Wave program.
The move represents a homecoming for Cornish, as the 6-foot-6 guard hails from New Orleans. In his sophomore season with the Rebels, Cornish averaged 6.2 points and 2.5 rebounds in 21.6 minutes of action per game.
As per NCAA transfer regulations, the former three-star recruit will be forced to sit out for the 2016-17 season before becoming eligible the following campaign.
