Former Arkansas-Little Rock forward Mareik Isom will transfer to Texas for his final year of eligibility, Brian Davis of the Austin American-Statesman reports.
Isom averaged 5.9 points and 2.7 rebounds in 19 minutes per game for Arkansas-Little Rock in his redshirt junior season.
The 6-foot-9, 215 pound forward will be immediately eligible under head coach Shaka Smart. Isom could help fill the holes in the Texas front court left by forwards Demarcus Holland and Connor Lammert, and also center Prince Ibeh.
