The 2016-17 season may be months away from starting, but NC State is doing some major winning in the player department Thursday.
Just hours after Abdul-Malik Abu withdrew from the 2016 NBA Draft to return to school, the Wolfpack got another big returnee, as sources told ESPN's Jeff Goodman that BeeJay Anya will do the same and return for his senior season.
The 6-foot-9, 285-pound Anya scored 4.7 points and added 5.3 rebounds per contest in 2015-16, despite playing just 23.4 minutes per game. His decision, along with Abu's and the commitment of 7-foot Turkish center Omer Yurtseven, should give the Wolfpack one of the ACC's best front lines next season.
