UConn and 2017 four-star commit Zach Brown mutually agreed to part ways Thursday, according to multiple reports.

The 7-foot center verbally committed to the Huskies on Jan. 20, choosing Kevin Ollie's program over Miami, Georgia, Florida, and N.C. State.

After pledging to UConn, Brown moved from Miami to Connecticut to attend high school there, but returned home less than a month later, according to Jeff Borzello of ESPN.

The reason for the reported divorce between UConn and Brown has yet to be revealed.
