North Carolina forward Justin Jackson will declare for the 2016 NBA Draft without an agent, a source told ESPN's Jeff Goodman.
Holding off on signing a professional representative means Jackson can withdraw from the draft at any point prior to May 25.
A sophomore in 2015-16, Jackson helped the Tar Heels reach the national championship game by averaging 12.2 points per game, while shooting 46.8 percent from the field.
The 6-foot-8 Jackson figures to play an even greater role with North Carolina next year, if he returns, thanks to the graduations of Brice Johnson and Marcus Paige.
