Aldridge isn't listed on the Spurs' injury report and should be available for Monday's game against the Grizzlies, Tom Orsborn of the San Antonio Express-News reports.
Analysis:
Aldridge missed Saturday's loss to the Thunder for rest purposes, as coach Gregg Popovich sat out a number of his regulars for the second half of a back-to-back set. Popovich will again give Tim Duncan, Tony Parker, and Manu Ginobili a second game in a row off Monday with the hope of having all three aging veterans ready to go for the postseason, but a one-game rest should be all the comparably younger Aldridge needs. With those aforementioned three players out and Kawhi Leonard (quad) also a candidate to remain sidelined Monday, Aldridge could be the focal point of the Spurs' offense, making him an excellent daily target. In his previous appearance -- which came against this same Grizzlies team on Friday -- Aldridge delivered one of his best performances of the season, tallying 32 points (12-16 FG, 8-9 FT), 12 rebounds, three blocks, two steals, and one assist over 33 minutes.
