Phoenix Suns point guard Brandon Knight will continue to sit until after the All-Star break, according to Paul Coro of the Arizona Republic.
Knight has missed the last nine contests with a groin injury, with the Suns going just 1-8 in his absence.
The 24-year-old is averaging 19.7 points, 5.1 assists, 3.7 rebounds, and posting a player efficiency rating of 15.29 in 2015-16.
Archie Goodwin should continue to start with Knight out. The Kentucky product has averaged 15.7 points, 4.4 assists, and 3.2 rebounds as a starter.
Phoenix (14-38) has a difficult schedule heading into All-Star weekend, facing the Oklahoma City Thunder on Monday night and the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday.
