Blake Griffin: Expected to miss 4-6 weeks
Griffin has indeed suffered a fractured right hand and early estimates project him to miss four-to-six weeks, Dan Woike of the Orange County Register reports.
Analysis:
In what's become the biggest story of the day, Griffin reportedly was involved in an altercation with the team's assistant equipment manager in a restaurant during the team's recent road trip to Toronto, leaving the All-Star with a broken hand. Griffin, who had already missed a month while rehabbing a quad injury, was sent back to Los Angeles following the incident, and this latest ailment will now keep him on the shelf until late February or early March. At this point, it's unclear whether Griffin could face additional discipline for the incident from the league or the Clippers.
