Allen (knee, hamstring) has been ruled out of Thursday's game against the Nuggets, Ronald Tillery of the Commercial Appeal reports.

Analysis:

Allen played seven minutes less than his season average during Monday's game against the Pelicans, so it seemed as if something could be up. He's dealing with soreness to both his left knee and hamstring, so he'll receive the night off Thursday for recovery. Look for Matt Barnes to move into the starting lineup in his place and see a slight increase in his overall minutes. Allen's next opportunity to play will be Saturday's game against the Timberwolves, so for now consider him questionable for that outing as well.
