The 2015-16 Houston Rockets are trying to shave a couple of seconds off the speedy offensive schemes made famous by the Phoenix Suns of yesteryear.

Dwight Howard's defensive rebound leads to a mid-court outlet pass to Trevor Ariza, who promptly finds a streaking Clint Capela at the opposite 3-point line.

Of course, it always helps to have a 6-foot-10 backup center (Capela) who can run the floor like a gazelle.
