Washington Wizards big man Nene said Wednesday he will make his return to the team's rotation against the Cleveland Cavaliers following a 19-game absence due to a calf injury.

The Brazilian injured his calf during a Nov. 27 game against the Boston Celtics and has not played since.

Nene has come off the bench in all 12 games he's played this season, as Wizards coach Randy Wittman has opted to stretch out the starting lineup with either Jared Dudley or newfound 3-point threat Kris Humphries. The 14-year NBA veteran is averaging 7.6 points and 4.9 rebounds in 17.4 minutes per contest.

Humphries, however, will miss Wednesday's game due to a knee injury, the team announced.
