A stomach bug will keep Kosta Koufos sidelined on Monday night when the Sacramento Kings visit Oracle Arena to take on the 28-1 Golden State Warriors.
The 7-foot center has been ruled out as he battles gastroenteritis.
Koufos signed a reported four-year, $33-million contract with the Kings this past offseason after suiting up for the Memphis Grizzlies the last two years.
This will leave head coach George Karl without a legitimate backup center on his roster, as rookie Willie Cauley-Stein was ruled out for four-to-six weeks earlier in the month with a dislocated finger.
Koufos is averaging eight points and 6.3 rebounds on 52.8 percent shooting in 30 appearances this season.
