Beal (shoulder) was held out of practice on Thursday, Jorge Castillo of the Washington Post reports.
Analysis:
At this point it is unlikely that Beal will play in Saturday's game against Detroit, though it is possible. He hasn't practiced in almost two weeks, and he's missed the last three games with his shoulder issue. Without Beal, the Wizards will have to rely more on Jared Dudley, Gary Neal, Kelly Oubre, and Martell Webster for minutes at the wing positions.
