Celtics' Isaiah Thomas wants role in potential 'Space Jam' sequel
If a sequel to the highly popular "Space Jam" is ever produced, Boston Celtics point guard Isaiah Thomas wouldn't mind having a supporting role similar to that of former NBAer Muggsy Bogues in the original.
Watching Space Jam right now. If they make a Space Jam2 I have to be the new Muggsy Bogues lol

In the movie, Bogues - along with Shawn Bradley, Charles Barkley, Larry Johnson, and Patrick Ewing - has his talent stolen from him by the Nerdlucks, who use their new abilities to challenge Michael Jordan and the Looney Tunes to a game of basketball.
If a potential sequel were to borrow heavily from the first film, Thomas (5-foot-9) would be a quality addition if the script called for one of the shortest professional players on the planet, just like Bogues (5-foot-3).
While "Space Jam 2" has been teased on numerous occasions, there hasn't been any official word that the motion picture will be made at all.
Bummer.
