Analysis:

Lowry was active for the Raptors previous game against the Bulls, but did not actually get in the game. His back injury is obviously still lingering, so it would make sense for the Raptors to let him rest. Continue to consider him day-to-day going forward and look for Greivis Vasquez to fill in a the point guard spot in his absence.
