Orlando Magic shooting guard Evan Fournier did not travel with the team on their mini two-game Texas road trip which starts in Houston on Tuesday night.
The Frenchman has missed the last nine games with a right hip injury, something he told the Orlando Sentinel two weeks ago that he and the team were being careful with.
The third-year guard has hit career highs in minutes (28.8), points (11.9) and assists (2.1) in his first season in Orlando.
