Jerami Grant: Leaves With Back Spasms

Grant left Friday's game against the Jazz late in the third quarter with back spasms and will not return.

Analysis:

Grant returned to game action Wednesday after suffering from back issues, and it appears they have resurfaced. With the Sixers out of playoff contention, it wouldn't be surprising if they take it slow with Grant in his return this time. The injury will sideline him the remainder of Friday's contest, and likely puts him out for Saturday as well. The team should provide an update at some point before the tip, however, confirming one way or the other.
