VIDEO: Russell Westbrook hits head on backboard on alley-oop

Eat your heart out, Zach LaVine.
Russell Westbrook continued his takeover of Sunday's All-Star Game in the third quarter, building on his record-setting first half in emphatic fashion.
The play began with an outlet pass from Dirk Nowitzki to Chris Paul, who then threw the east-west alley-oop to Westbrook. Westbrook was moving just a little too fast and jumped just a little too high, finishing the one-handed slam but hitting his head on the backboard in the process.
Well worth the two points, we're sure, but Westbrook may need to take it down a notch - for both his own safety and the well-being of the Eastern Conference.
