Rajon Rondo entered play Tuesday with just one dunk on the season. The Memphis Grizzlies won't soon forget his second.
Rondo, who didn't dunk at all in 30 games a season ago, surprised the Grizzlies in the first quarter Tuesday, driving baseline to throw down a one-handed put-back jam while several Memphis jerseys remained still, watching.
The Dallas Mavericks point guard apparently still has his pre-ACL injury athleticism. Always one of the better offensive rebounders at his position, opponents should probably be aware enough of Rondo to put a body on him when a shot goes up.
This probably won't be a regular thing, but it's fun to see Rondo, a known commodity, shock us with some acrobatics. Even if it may have been offensive cylinder interference (shhh).
