Deron Williams participated in Brooklyn Nets practice on Tuesday, but the veteran point guard is still not ready to return, and will not dress Wednesday against the Atlanta Hawks.
Williams is still dealing with a painful rib injury that has kept him out 10 of the Nets' last 11 games. Last week, it was speculated that he might have returned at home Monday against the Portland Trail Blazers, but that game was postponed due to the New York snowstorm.
The Nets are in Atlanta Wednesday and home against the Toronto Raptors Friday.
