Raptors' Fields didn't pass concussion testing, won't play vs. Bulls
Raj Mehta-USA TODAY Sports
Toronto Raptors small forward Landry Fields failed to pass concussion protocol for the second consecutive day and will not play Monday against the Chicago Bulls, the team announced.
Fields also missed the Raptors' victory against the New York Knicks on Sunday.
On the year, Fields has played sparingly, appearing in just 12 games. However, in the wake of DeMar DeRozan's injury, he's played the role of interim fill-in at small forward, averaging 3.2 points and 1.3 rebounds per game.
