Keeping track of the New York Knicks' actives and inactives has been an absolute joy this season. On Sunday, the Knicks announced power forward/center Amar'e Stoudemire would not play against the Toronto Raptors, his second straight game on the sidelines.

According to Newsday's Al Iannazzone, the Knicks had originally intended to rest Stoudemire on Thursday in Chicago, but then moved that to Saturday at home against the Phoenix Suns. Now he's out Sunday in Toronto also.

Iannanazzone said Stoudemire is expected to return to the Knicks' lineup on Christmas Day against the Washington Wizards.

Stoudemire is averaging 13.4 points and 7.4 rebounds a game.
