Boston Celtics rookie Marcus Smart returned to the lineup Friday against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Smart, who had missed the team's last two games with an Achilles strain and has missed 13-of-24 games overall when including his early season ankle sprain, scored eight points on 3-of-6 shooting in Friday's 114-98 win.

The No. 6 overall pick also added four assists, a rebound and a steal.

With Rajon Rondo now plying his trade in Dallas, Smart should see more time in the Celtics back court, provided he can stay healthy.
