Anthony Davis continued his assault on the NBA on Thursday, this time with James Harden and the Houston Rockets on the receiving end.
Davis finished with 30 points on 10-of-17 (58.8 percent) shooting to go with 14 rebounds, five blocks, three assists and two steals to carry the New Orleans Pelicans – minus Tyreke Evans – over the Rockets.
With the win, the Pelicans moved back over .500 (13-12) and maintained their hold on the Western Conference's No. 8 seed.
