It appears Derrick Rose's early exit from Tuesday's game in Denver was precautionary after all, just as Rose and head coach Tom Thibodeau said.
Rose is listed as a starter for Chicago's game Friday afternoon against the Boston Celtics, marking his first time suiting up for three consecutive games in over a year.
In the second game of his first back-to-back this season, Rose left Tuesday's contest against the Denver Nuggets early with tightness in his left hamstring.
Rose had missed four consecutive games heading into the back-to-back because of hamstring tightness. He's averaged 15.7 points, five assists and 2.4 rebounds in seven games so far this season.
