Thaddeus Young will continue to be away from the Minnesota Timberwolves this week following the death of his mother, Lula Hall, on Nov. 13.
Young left the team indefinitely last week, missing a pair of games. His mother's funeral is set for Friday, with Young expected to rejoin the team on Sunday, so he'll miss Minnesota's three games this week, as well.
Gorgui Dieng and Anthony Bennett each drew a start with Young out, and both stand to continue starting with Nikola Pekovic also sidelined.
