C.J. Miles' return to the Indiana Pacers' lineup didn't last long.

After missing four games because of migraines, Miles returned Friday against the Denver Nuggets, but played only four minutes before suffering a setback.

Miles left the game with a sore right calf and did not return.

The Pacers have been decimated by injuries to start the season, with Paul George, David West, George Hill, Rodney Stuckey and C.J. Watson all out.

The team is especially thin at the guard positions, and can't afford for Miles to miss extended time again.
