The deal is reportedly for two years and valued at $6 million, with earlier reports indicating that no player or team options are included.
Last season saw Bayless get traded from the Memphis Grizzlies to Boston Celtics in January. But despite seeing increased playing time and posting improved numbers at TD Garden, he became expendable when the Celtics drafted Marcus Smart and guaranteed the contract of Phil Pressey.
In Milwaukee, Bayless will find himself in a point guard-heavy rotation that currently includes Brandon Knight, Kendall Marshall, Ramon Sessions, and Nate Wolters.
