Singleton spent the last three seasons with the Washington Wizards, but the team declined his fourth-year option making him an unrestricted free agent.
The 24-year-old played sparingly last season, averaging three points and 2.2 rebounds in 10 minutes over 25 games.
Selected 18th overall in 2011, Singleton has seen his production decline along with his minutes in each of his three NBA seasons.
